Each year, 89,500 adolescents and young adults are diagnosed with cancer

Teens receive the LEAST amount of support of any patient population

TRCF EXISTS TO CHANGE THAT

Financial support changes everything.

Providing advocacy, education, financial aid, and hope to adolescents in need.

The Ruth Cheatham Foundation College Fund (TRCF) supports teens impacted by cancer by bridging the educational opportunity gap and providing a gateway to economic mobility and a higher quality of life.

How TRCF is making a difference:

Cancer treatment can be an extreme financial burden on families of teens living with cancer. On top of all the normal struggles of growing up, these teens have to cope with the fear and worry of not knowing whether they can afford the higher education needed to make their dreams a reality.

Scholarships for a better future.

At The Ruth Cheatham Foundation, we want teens to know that their future doesn’t have to be defined by their cancer diagnosis.

We provide college scholarships to young adults who’ve been hit particularly hard by the physical and financial burdens of cancer.

With financial support, young survivors can take the necessary steps to move past their diagnosis and excel for a lifetime.

Your support plays a critical role helping teen survivors move forward, defy expectations, and live their dreams.
