TRCF Birdies for Brighter Futures - Event Recap

TRCF SCHOLAR, CANCER SURVIVOR AND RECENT GRADUATE, PRINCESS ROBINSON, WITH 3-TIME GUINESS BOOK WORLD RECORD HOLDER, MICHAEL FURRH

The 2025 Birdies for Brighter Futures Golf Tournament was a remarkable success, filled with energy, generosity, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

Thanks to the incredible support from volunteers, sponsors, and donors, over $156,000 was raised to benefit teen cancer survivors as the next class of TRCF scholars is selected. This funding goes far beyond the event itself—it represents life-changing opportunities for young survivors pursuing higher education after facing the unimaginable.

From the golf course to the silent auction and every detail in between, the contributions and efforts of the community made a lasting impact. The funds raised will help bridge the gap for these resilient teens, providing the resources and support they need to thrive academically and build brighter futures.

Gratitude goes out to everyone who played a role in bringing this event to life. Whether through time, energy, or financial contributions, each act of support helped create an unforgettable day and a powerful step forward for TRCF’s mission.

For those interested in getting more involved or continuing to support teen cancer survivors through scholarships and resources, TRCF welcomes new partners, volunteers, and advocates. Together, there is potential to reach even more young lives with hope and opportunity.
