Teen cancer patients face some of the most complex and diverse treatment needs yet receive the least amount of support of any patient population. These survivors have high treatment-related debt and, in many cases, long-term health challenges due to their cancer treatment.
Education is the key to long-term success, yet out of reach for many financially devastated young cancer patients.
TRCF supports survivors to ensure access to higher education and support to ensure completion of a degree. Thanks to the support of our donors and corporate partners, we will be providing college scholarships to 200 student cancer survivors in 2023, up from 87 the previous year. This support is instrumental in fostering growth, social mobility, and a higher quality of life for young cancer survivors.

Cancer is expensive and can financially devastate patients receiving treatment. TRCF addresses this need through our "Support Assist Box"! This box contains school supplies and serves as a way for our scholars to feel seen and supported!
These boxes will be sent out in September to ensure our scholars have the tools & resources they need to succeed in their schooling!
